If you have fair credit are there any particular companies that will easily approve a credit card for me?

my score wont let me get a personal loan with out a co signer so i thought of maybe trying to get a credit card? i have an auto loan i pay good on and i have one credit card thats maxed. NO LECTURES PLEASE I'm just looking for a simple answer to a simple question. if you dont know of any companies then please dont comment...THANK YOU for everyone that does answer the QUESTION though!!
