Iraqi justice system falls short: report -- comments?

Only in the presence of verified incidents of human rights abuse, would we POSSIBLY have the right to comment, but in normal cirstances it is not for outsiders to p judgment on a sovereign state`s legal and judicial systems. Whether these systems are derived from religious philosophies or not. We would be the first to tell the French, or the United States for that matter, where to get off if they told us how to apply law and order in Britain.
