What medications are safe when pregnant or TTC?

I am TTC and possibly pregnant. I had the flu a couple weeks ago and was on a "baby safe" antibiotic. I finished my antibiotic Sunday and yesterday I started getting the symptoms again. I have a chest cough and runny/congested sinuses. What OTC medications are safe for me to use. I don't want to take any chances. Thank you!
