Very upset that a rescue lied to us about a dogs health! Can we sue?

its not uncommon for dogs to have either of those ailments,theyre both very easy to care for,why would you want to sue a person who looks liek she has no money,why dont you wait and see how well the dog gets along with your family before you bring it back. neither of those are hard or expensive to take care of,alot of dogs in shelters get kennel cough,its one of the most common ones.
