Where can I find a comparison of GDP percentages spent under various presidents?

I have been looking everywhere, but can't find what I need. Is there any website out there that, under different presidents, that shows what percentage of the GDP was spent on different area's under each? Not a news article pointing to just one statistic to make a point, but an actual chart or list of some kind meant to give just the statistics? I'm beginning to think it is probably a lost cause that I keep searching...
