Any std's that can cause white blood cells (blood) in urine?

So I think i have a uti, i took azo test strips and it came out high positive for blood in my urine. I might be having a outbreak right now, since i do have ... and could this be the cause? I went through a really promiscuous stage a year ago even after i learned i had std's, i was depressed and i know it sounds so bad but I have changed soooo much. im just scared to learn i have another std. But maybe this is just a uti? So do std's cause blood in urine?
