MY G.E. DRYER WILL NOT START. IT HAS POWER GOING TO IT. IT IS GAS.?

my g.e. gas dryer is not starting up when i press the start on. we have a propane tank and it ran out, did not know and started the dryer without gas. once we figured the tank was empty it was filled up and i tried to start the dryer but it will not come back on. it has power going to it. how can i fix it.
