Which bike is better? Give pros and cons of both, thanks.?
My brutal honest answer is that in order to reach such a low price point both bikes are likely to be cheaply made and disappointing over the long haul. If you don't plan on riding aggressive trails, then I would buy a hardtail (i.e. a bike without a shock on the rear tire). The money saved there would allow you to purchase a better riding frame and components. Sometimes real bike shops have used bikes for sale, and you can find a good deal on a better made name brand bike (like a Trek or a Specialized) that has been reconditioned by the dealer and sold on commission. Good luck!
