Why are my new Ugg Bailey on boots folding over above the on?

They are folding over like this http://s771.photobucket.com/albums/xx353/Da_Kurlzzz_2009/?action=view¤t=Picture166.jpg (those are mine) i fold them back up but they flop back down. how can i fix them? i've only worn then about 5 times.
